Melbourne Wharf at night, South Bank Part I for Water H2O Thursday

October 01, 2025  •  11 Comments

It has been an exceptionally busy period, and I am still struggling to recover from a lingering flu that refuses to ease. For that reason, I will keep this note brief.

Last evening, I found myself by Southbank Wharf in Melbourne. The river shimmered under the glow of city lights, with the reflections of towers stretching across the water. Street performers played to passing crowds, while the hum of conversation drifted from the restaurants and cafés along the promenade. The air was cool, carrying both the scent of the Yarra and the smoke of food stalls, creating a lively yet reflective atmosphere
